My black and white images blur the lines between abstract photography, landscape, and art. I make photographs in available light and capture images that could be environments created purely out of the imaginations.

As a practicing garden designer of 18 years I bring my meticulous observation of nature behind the lens and distill the drama of the natural world in ways that would likely go unnoticed by others and may never be seen by most.

I focus on the untouched environments of the American West, and am drawn especially to desert and water.
